A budget friendly hotel in a good location. Pros: beds were clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Cold fridge. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. 12 pm check out time. Cons: floor was stained, dust collecting in the corners, slow elevator, no hot water depending on the time of day you shower.

The location is PERFECT The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. One on the two elevators was out of service and the other was VERY slow. This made it difficult for me (and the swarm of 7-10 year guests in town for a soccer tournament) to enter and exit the hotel.

Would not stay there again. Room wasn’t vacuumed, towels were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and rusty. No one comes to clean your room or give you fresh towels. Breakfast was horrible.

Staff was wonderful. Gracious and accommodating. Breakfast food was ok , oatmeal was good. A few things that we were disappointed in was that one of the two elevators was out of order which made coming and going a bit challenging. The water in the sink area dribbled out. The fridge in our room did not have a freezer section but our adjoining room did. Didn't like that Inconsistency. The bathrooms are far too small. You can barely go in and close the door behind you. Other than that, the property is nice and convenient to big stores. Half the price of an in town stay so that was a big plus. Bed were more comfortable than the sister hotel in Columbus so that was a nice surprise. Love the couch and size of the bedroom area it is very comfortable and welcoming. Furniture was neat, clean, them and new looking. Overall a good three night stay.

We had a good stay. Had everything we needed. There are stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk (no sidewalks. Hopefully the city will do something about that in the future) We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean and quiet. Hot breakfast options were available (part of the free breakfast). Myself, my wife and our adult son stayed in the room. The room has two double beds and a futon that can be converted into a double bed. Expedia said the room can sleep 6 (assuming two people in each bed). But two people in this double bed would have been bit of a challenge (but not impossible for some).
