Terrible odor
The front desk was very busy and the attendant was bot personable. The outside entry, lobby and hallway smelled strongly of marijuana. The room smelled musky.

They sent us to the wrong room and withoit double checking the system they just programed our key to the room that wasnt ours. Everyone the was staying there were doing drugs and questionable things.

We only stayed for one night from our trip back home. Extremely disappointed that they claimed to be smoke free when they are clearly not. My boyfriend has asthma and it was so bad he needed his inhaler in the morning to breathe. I needed to spray the whole room with Lysol and it still was awful. We did also get a notification on our app Citizens that there was a report of theft from the lobby the night we stayed. The guy at the front desk said that didn’t happen and he was there from 1 to the morning. However, we got it around 2 in the morning because we were trying to get as close as we could home to make the second half of the drive a bit more smooth. So the front desk man, as nice as he was, lied!!

Staff was rude and watching us the whole time we stayed like I was criminal. Housekeeping was nosey an front desk was all in our business was rude to my son who I came to town to see up in Cleveland will never stay here again. Homeless ppl walking around all night and combining the parking lot for what I don't know but never again!

Very run down. Our keys did not work to enter the room. After 4 trips to the the front desk, we finally canceled our stay. As we were leaving, another family was also canceling since their sheets had red stains all over them. Person at the front desk made it sound like we were both crazy for not accepting another room. Do not recommend.
