I booked their “king suite” via Expedia, upon arrival, I was given a “king deluxe” room 146. Apparently, the king suite was not available due to maintenance issues. They did not notify Expedia or me of the changes, had I known, I would have cancelled. There was nothing “deluxe” about the selected room, more like a frat house room. Toilet paper holder broken, rubber on main door coming off, bathroom door split on the side, couch (dirty, dusty, and full of crumbs), floor wasn’t mopped, hair in sheets, bed squeaky, old linen, uneven floors and my bathroom spray came up missing. Should have stayed at the Hilton, but the event I was going to was across the street. This stay was convenient in location but inconvenient on comfort. Please don’t stay there unless you have too.

Pros - you get what you pay for. Updates were done but they put lipstick on a pig. Cons - the room smelled, the bed was lumpy, the area around the hotel is less than savory, bfast wast not worth eating, coffee machine was disgusting, non hotel guests were hanging around chatting it up with the workers, the clerk that checked me in appears to be viciously mad at the world and lets you know. I wasn’t even sure my car would be in tact when I went out the next morning. It’s not safe. Do not recommend it.
