The rooms and the service were great.. Unfortunately we stayed in a room near the main road was very loud hard to sleep air conditioning was very loud too. Breakfast could have been better not a big choice of anything.. But overall clean nice place to stay if you're passing through

Very convenient to the freeway & getting to Fort Moore. It’s actually so close to the freeway that there is quite a bit of traffic noise, but the A/C had a constant fan feature that solved that issue. The front desk lady was helpful & attentive. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really cold like I love, in this summer heat. I would say the room was not as clean as I would have expected! And the hotel is not in a very safe area.

The hotel staff provided courteous and helpful service. While the hotel itself was adequate for my needs, there is room for improvement with the breakfast options and gym facilities, which are somewhat lacking. Conveniently situated just off the highway, the hotel is only a short distance from shopping and dining venues. The rooms, while not luxurious, were tidy and well-maintained, albeit showing signs of wear and tear. Although some amenities were dated or malfunctioning, the cleanliness was commendable. The soda machine in the lobby dispensed expired drinks, indicating infrequent use. Efforts were made to uphold cleanliness in the outdoor pool area. If you seek lavish accommodations with top-notch amenities, this may not be the ideal choice. However, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, convenient place to stay with friendly and helpful staff for a short visit, this hotel is highly recommended.

The staff was amazing!!! However, the property seems dated. There's an odor in the lobby. We had to clean the pool ourselves before getting in. The elevator needs to attention. The breakfast isnt what I expected at all. Someone needs to revamp the menu all together. The room was clean but again you call tell they are only surface clean. My first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room they moved me to was a little better but you could see the yellow staining on the walls. Definitely not what I expected from a Wyndham hotel.

You could tell that the building was older but it was still updated and clean. I have a window seat in my room that I loved. Showers had great pressure and bathroom was very clean. Very close to Fort Moore. The staff members that checked me in and out were super friendly. Only one staff member during the day wasn’t very friendly but wasn’t rude either. The pool needed cleaned but it was just leaves. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay for the price
Employees were friendly, attentive and responded quickly to needs. They were definitely the highlight! The breakfast was pretty basic with selections like hard boiled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereal, etc, but it was as advertised- complimentary breakfast. The building was well kept. There were some stains and dirty spots on the bedding and floor, but I look hard at hotel rooms and that was the worst things I could find. Bathroom and everything else was very clean. The location was convenient to the base which has a bad safety reputation, but this hotel was right off the freeway and felt safe and secure with excellent lighting and cameras all over. Overall a great stay for the price! Thank you!!!

The team here is wonderful! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable-they made up for the small shortcomings. The property needs some updates-nothing major. Room size was small & bathroom had signs of disrepair and rusted shelves. Room was nice & cool when we arrived, clean and fully stocked. Team was very aware of their guests, greeted everyone as the entered the lobby or throughout the property. Breakfast was a simple but great continental breakfast. Only complaint there was the styrofoam cups, plates & bowls.
