The staff was amazing!! The property was not.. the bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was worn out. The bathroom walls had holes recently repaired. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down. There were insects. The pictures on the wall had water damage

The room was not clean at all, we hade to ask for new sheets because they didn’t change the bed sheets and couple of the towels had stains on them. But the staff were very nice and helpful especially a guy named James, he was so nice and helpful.

The staff is really great and are always willing to help. They greet you whenever they see you and greet you when you re-enter the property. The rooms were clean, the only thing I didn't like was the street noise from outside was constant at night but I just canceled it out. The price of the rooms are average.

It was AMAZING. We chose the hotel because it was close to Fort Moore and were listed as pet friendly. Every member of the staff were so incredibly friendly and inviting. They were so accommodating and welcoming. They made us feel like the really wanted us to stay at their hotel. We received a warm welcome. We had to change reservations and they made that process so much easier than it was originally going to be and fees were waived. I cannot say enough positive things about the people and the hotel itself. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean.

Hotel and staff were amazing. We arrived into town early, and the staff was very accommodating. Made sure we could get into our hotel early at 1 even though check in wasn't until 4. Hotel is so close to forte Moore which was part of the reason we stayed here. The only down size which is very minimal is the breakfast and coffee. Wish there was more to their Continental breakfast. Other than that, if your looking for a great hotel I would recommend this hotel any day. Breakfast is easy to get anywhere, finding a hotel with great rooms and amazing hospitality service is hard to find, and staying here is what you'll get amazing service and a wonderful room

first time in the state but this has definitely been a great place to stay with the family. only suggestion is that bathrooms should be updated otherwise everything is very clean and well organized.
