Just some honest feed back
My stay was amazing, however i was disappointed with the quality of the sofa bed and the fact the sink hot water non existence. The food at the wedding was good, but the consistency was off. (My steak was good, my fathers was underdone and my aunts was overdone). The wedding venue was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was wounderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. I was taken aback by the unexpected price of valet parking, but it was very convenient for checking in with kids and my handicapped mother. A job well done.

It’s was amazing the room was great the view was incredible and the service was amazing at night you could sleep well and the pool and hot tub was something else at night and in the day best hotel in Columbus by far

No free wifi and free breakfast and free water.
This hotel is good to stay, but they don't provide free wifi, breakfast, and water. Columbus downtown is very hot in the summer, and no ice water for their customers. I don't want to stay in this hotel next time.

4 goods and a bad
Our stay was nice and we appreciated the early check-in. There were not enough longe chairs at the pool and the gate keeper said she would have more brought up and never did. So we had to sit in chairs and lay in the concrete. She wasn’t friendly about the situation and did not solve the problem. That was only negative of our trip. Good check-in, good room, good location, good bedding bad customer service at the pool.

I was very pleased with these aspects in particular: extremely comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and the fact that my room was very quiet despite being near the elevator and ice machine.
