Would stay again if traveling to the area.
The check in/ out process was easy. The room was clean and very spacious. Although the common areas of the hotel were warm, the room air was working just fine. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well.

The front desk staff were great. They were helpful and kind. The room itself was dirty. The bathroom door had a lot of visible dirt on it. The ceiling had water damage and possibly mold. Last morning of my stay a large insect was in my bathroom.

Minor issues
Minor issue but the toilet paper rack was broken and the parts laying on the sink. Check in failed to complete the process so they struggled to check me out and release the deposit hold. Fifteen minutes to simply check out. Loose dogs were roaming the property.

Pictures looked amazing. Upon arrival we noticed the place was very dirty and not very well takin care of. A member of our group had cockroaches in his room on first floor. Our bathroom had mold in the shower and the flooring was coming up all over the room.

Doesn't live up to the pictures.
The hotel did not live up to the pictures that are posted. The hotel rooms are dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, towels smelled like urine, dead bugs. First floor had a leak somewhere and a fan was set up, which did not help. The pool needed some assistance, dirty. We were booked for 3 nights but decided to check out for the third night and stay somewhere else. Would not recommend.

We appreciated a smooth check in as we were coming in very late in the evening. There was what appeared to be mold in the bathtub. I had questions I wanted to ask at the front desk, but as we were walking to the desk, the girl working ran off saying she would be right back and after waiting ten minutes, she hadn't come back so we just left.
