Second time we stayed. Love the pet friendly. Clean and strategically located to High st, coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommended adding a couple fans to upstair rooms to help with air flow. Will rent again.

perfect for our needs
Needed a place close ish to osu stadium to crash after a late night concert. We were able to walk home from the stadium since ubering would've taken 2 hours to get one. Took us 30 minutes. Place was perfect for our one night stay. thank you!

PROS: Quaint neighborhood, walking distance to many cute shops and restaurants 2 out of 3 beds comfortable Linens appeared clean Unrealized potential CONS: TV did not work and no response despite reporting the issue on our first night Couches stained. My sister sat on the couch after we arrived, and when she stood up her pants were wet Living room rug stained. Very poor cleaning - had to clean up large dark sticky spot on dining room floor. Under couch and beds were filthy. Someone’s nylon footies on the mantel. Kitchen cupboards nasty. First glass I selected was dirty. There were no regular size spoons, only two large spoons. Minimal cooking supplies and bring your own coffee. Lots of damage throughout, so make sure you document it. The only place I’ve ever stayed that requires a damage deposit, which is shocking given all the damage and lack of quality. Kitchen has a strange setup and there is no light or window over the kitchen sink. With a lot more care, this could be a charming old home. Without this, none of us would stay here again.

Came down for football game. Location was great. Easy access to Rt 71. Older quiet neighborhood a block from High Street. Pictures of home were very accurate. House was clean and beds were comfortable.

Overall good. Disappointments include: lack of grill(included in description), limited kitchen supplies (working can opener, baking dish, scissors, etc…). Windows difficult to open and filthy dirty, bathtub/shower is moldy, mildewed and cracked, furniture is sparse.
