Property with a very good location, 900 meters from the beach of La Griega, and 600 meters from the center of Colunga village. Beautiful views of the Steve Mountains. Wide possibilities for nature and adventure sports, close to beaches, and close to Ribadesella, Villaviciosa, and the surroundings of Picos de Europa.
It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two toilets, living room, equipped kitchen, separate office, porch, garden with gazebo, and a large basement.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people, on a plot of 1,100 meters.
Very quiet area, where you can enjoy beautiful places to walk both around the coast, along cliff areas, as well as through the Cordillera del Sueve.
There is the possibility of cultural and gastronomic excursions, given the good communication by motorway with the main cities of Asturias, Gijón (50 km), Oviedo (60 km) and Avilés (65 km), as well as to Covadonga, Cangas de Onís, or other places of interest.
