Un lugar muy bello y tranquilo para descansar el estilo colonial del hotel me encanto de muy buen gusto y el desayuno del restaurante muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

nicht zu empfehlen
unser zimmer war direkt an der strasse mit extremen autolärm. die rezeptionistin hantierte lieber am mobile und der nachtwächter hatte das gefühl er müsse den fernseher extrem laut laufen lassen. als mein mann ihn bat den fernseher leiser zu stellen war er angepisst. frühstück gab es auch nicht. anscheinend waren sie zu faul.

Deben tener mas cuidado en la higiene en general
Al momento de ingresar, notamos que las sabanas y las fundas de almohada estaban sucias. Después, las reportamos y las cambiaron. Sin embargo, es una mala impresión con la que uno se queda. El resto, todo bien.

Super limpio y bonito!
Todo bien con la limpieza y la atencion. Por el precio. Solo me hubiese gustado que tuvieran cortinas mas oscuras. No pudimos dormir hasta tarde!.. Y el ventilador que hiciera menos ruido. La ubicacion, no muy lejos de la plaza principal.

El hotel por fuera se ve equis pero por dentro esta HERMOSO. Estaba lloviendo mucho cuando llegamos y el estacionamiento es techado, no nos mojamos nada. Cenamos en el balcón del hotel y fue muy agradable. El servicio del personal fue sobresaliente.

Excelente ubicación, atención y limpieza;GRACIAS
Fue muy agradable y satisfactoria ya que la atención fue excelente aunada a la limpieza de la habitación, la ubicación es excelente pues puede uno salir a caminar al centro y pasear con tranquilidad encontrando muy buenos restaurantes. Agradecemos las atenciones del personal ya que nos orientaron para poder salir a diferentes lugares y conocer hermosos lugares de Comitán. Recomendamos este hotel para los que les guste la comodidad, tranquilidad y la buena atención.
