We really enjoyed our stay at Alessia’s place. Location was perfect- accommodation was exactly like the photos. Clean and convenient. The aesthetic was beautiful!

We had a great experience staying at Alessia’s place! The room was very clean and organized with plenty of room and amenities. Best of all, Alessia took the time to give us our own personalized map, where she marked places we can go and how to get around Como. We would recommend taking the bus if you travel to Bellagio - it was a fraction of the price compared to the ferry, we didn’t have to wait in lines, and the view was even better than the ferry. This place was a great stay in a great location, and was also very affordable!

Property was walking distance from train station and close to the very social Piazza Volta, but the flat was still relatively quiet. Host was amazing, had great recommendations and sent links to everything! Flat was clean and bathroom was good sized, but shower was small as are most European showers. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely place to stay, but be forewarned it is not a full service in. The location is excellent. Contrary to some reviews, parking was easy and close by. The staff was responsive when we made a request, but the place is not staffed regularly.

Firstly, communication was fantastic! WhatsApp was perfect for us in arranging meet up times. The apartment (bedroom w/cot for 3 adults, good size bathroom & shower and mini kitchen with table & chairs) was good size for us. He gave us quite a few recommendations for restaurants (though, this time of year not a whole lot of places with normal hours). He let us extend our check out since our train was at 1pm. The location was great, walkable to everywhere-train, docks, funicular, restaurants. There is a lift and it’s a quiet, nice building. We would definitely recommend this location!

We had an absolutely perfect experience at Alesia’s place. The room was beautiful, location is ideal and the staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Chris was particularly amazing, ensuring our check-in went smoothly and even making dinner reservations for us! He also provided a whole list of different suggestions for us to check out, including one restaurant that was our favorite dinner experience of our entire 2 week trip throughout Italy. Highly recommend!!!

The photos don't really do Alessia's Place justice and don't be put off just because it doesn't have a lake view, this is in a great location very close to the shops, restaurants and lake front. The Host was very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful, leaving a couple of bottles of water in the fridge for us along with some fresh apricots in addition to providing some great recommendations of places to visit and eat / drink and even offered to help book tables for us if needed. The apartment itself was spacious and well decorated and has everything you could need. The location feels very secure and doesn't suffer from any noise from bars and restaurants, and is very convenient for both the town, lake and train station. There is also a lift so even if you are on the top (2nd) floor it wouldn't be an issue for anyone with heavy cases or mobility issues. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough for anyone who wants to visit Lake Como.

Perfect place
We stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful place, we can’t fault it in any way at all. Perfectly located, excellent help from the staff, very very clean room, bed was so comfy. 5* all the way for us and we will 100% be staying here again when we visit Como again in the future

Pretty, Central and Comfortable
Well equipped rooms that are very comfortable and very clean. The decor is very nice and the finish gives it the air of opulence. The location is very good for central Como and is accessed by stairs or lift so no real issues if you have been out for the day. Not sure of the front desk facilities that they mention in the advert nor was there daily housekeeping. Would also mention that the room we stayed in is a room on a floor that shares a locked entrance corridor with 3 other rooms, luckily we had a party of 3 couples sharing so we did not disturb anyone else.
