I searched a room in the area, found this one, booked and paid full amount on line.
When we arrived, the hotel said there is no rooms left, fully booked. The hotel asked me to cancel but it is non refundable, so if I canceled I lost all the money. I asked the hotel to cancel, they said they could not. At the end, they gave us a doc to show they cancelled.
At the end, I spent half an hour of my holiday time to call Hotels.com to cancel and get a refund.
So I don't know anything about this hotel but for sure, there is something wrong there, either the booking system, the staff or the communication.
