Ideal, um die historische Innenstadt Comos zu erkunden. Komfortables Umbau-Sofa für 1-2 weitere Personen, die ein extra Bad benutzen können. Sehr großes Appartment.

Appartement bien décoré , fonctionnel ( manquait juste une couette et une table basse ) très bien situé à 2 pas du duomo du Como. Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits , le seul bémol était de ne pas trouver la place de parking gratuit comme cela était stipulé dans l’annonce…

Lage, Lage, Lage!
Der Aufenthalt in Como war ein Traum. Das Appartement liegt ziemlich zentral und optimal um die Innenstadt und den See in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment hinterlässt gemischte Gefühle. Die Ausstattung ist ok, sie ist aber nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand. WLAN ist super und der TV beherrscht alle gängigen Streamer. Die Badezimmer sind in Ordnung - aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen - sie sind aber sauber und ordentlich. Das warme Wasser geht nur, wenn man den Schalter in der Küche umlegt und den Boiler per Schalter anschaltet - das steht leider nirgends… Das Bett ist durch und sollte mindestens eine neue Matratze bekommen. Man rollt immer in die Mitte. Auf den Bildern in der Anzeige sind im Wohnzimmer Tische zu sehen - diese gab es bei unserem Besuch leider nicht. Auch steht in der Anzeige ein Parkplatz und es wird suggeriert, dass einer zum Apartment gehört. Es fehlt allerdings das Wort „kostenlos“…tatsächlich gibt es viele Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe - nur kosten sie 23€ pro Tag ( Stand 05/23). Würde ich dieses Apartment wieder mieten? Ja! Aber der Preis aktuell ist etwas zu hoch - dafür bekommst du locker ein Hotel mit Frühstück. Ausstattung (Fahrstuhl) ist i.O. Top ist der Service der Mitarbeiter/in - sehr freundlich und super bemüht. Es gab ausgesprochen netten Kontakt per WhatsApp.

Bel Appartement idéalement situé à 5 minutes du centre ville à pieds. Bien équipé et literie agréable. Wifi et communication très bien avec le propriétaire. Petit point négatif: il faisait froid dans l’appartement car chauffage coupé (nous y étions mi avril). Donc prévoir si jamais quelques couvertures. Encore merci pour l’accueil. Je conseille le lac de Côme car c’est vraiment magnifique.
