Nice place overall, but when we hadn't had any housekeeping after our being there two days we asked the desk and were told they had a policy of only doing housekeeping every other day. The next day we were told they did housekeeping every thiird day, and our fourth day we were told that they only did housekeeping on request. No one told us this initially, and there was an only a small sticker on the bathroom mirror to tell us this. When we did ask for housekeeping it was very limited. Good hotel otherwise.

The check-in was effortless and the staff were friendly and polite. The beds were so welcoming after a week of camping with bedrolls and sleeping bags.

I should’ve left the moment I walked into our room. The carpet was very damp feeling. I noticed that the room was never properly cleaned. The front desk manager came up and apologized for having the maintenance man clean since they were short a maid that day!!! I let it go and let him try to clean the room with the wrong spray that left streaks. The next day while watching a movie in the dark we had TWO BED BUGS crawl across us! Upon inspecting behind the headboard no wonder-IT WAS FILTHY! We packed up and left and went next door to the Hilton. I don’t know how this place isn’t closed. Don’t stay here. I’m grateful they gave me my money back but they have a lot of work to be one a professional hotel again.

I have stayed here many times, and hope to stay many more. The entire staff is excellent. Whether it's housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast or front desk, everyone is courteous and professional. Great place to stay.

Frustrating stay.
The room across from ours had bed bugs, when we pulled back our sheets to check our bed we found items behind the bed from the last tenants. When we checked the couch we found pizza trash and toys and lots of dirt around in and under the couch. We didn’t find any bedbugs in our room however so that was a plus. We had a two bed room with a pull out couch. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out. When I went to the front desk they told us they were out of blankets and pillows so my kids only had sheets. I checked back later in case there was a laundry issue and they said they were just out. They also charged someone’s credit card that was not mine for the room and couldn’t figure out what to do when I informed them about it. The hot tub was broken, the air in the pool area was broken and it was ridiculously hot and humid in the room. The breakfast area was set out in the morning and never restocked the entire time so if you came down even two hours before it was done most of the food was gone. It was overall a frustrating experience and quite disappointing.

The hot tub jets did not work properly during my stay. The staff said maintenance was working on it. Pool area needs to be better maintained, open areas in ceiling, poor ventilation and was dirty.

We have used this property many times. It is convenient for my needs. The place is fine and has provided many a good night sleep. This particular stay had some drama. I had a lot of family staying there with me. One of my family members room had issues that couldn't be resolved to their satisfaction so they decided to leave and use the adjoining property. I really don't want to publicize the issue as I am sure they are working on it. But the situation added a little too much drama to an already full weekend. Additionally, they must be doing something right as the property was very full which make everything a little more crowded. Good for them but a little additional inconvenience for us.

Wonderful stay
All around a wonderful stay. Had a room on the 4th floor which was exceptionally quiet. Even the air conditioner was quiet. Room was neat and clean and the cleaning crew was very accommodating making the bed and clean bathroom for the next night on request. Breakfast was good also.

The outside appeared to be well maintained. The room itself was not very nice. There were large stains on the carpeting and when we walked on it, it was soggy and moist. The room did not feel clean.
