Optimized, this studio will seduce you with both its elegant and sought-after decor as well as its functionality. The bedroom area has been carefully unbundled, the unit has multiple storage areas and shelves for books. For your comfort it is equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, and its kitchen (with a Nespresso coffee capsules maker) has plenty of storage.
Bright, the living room gives you direct access to the terrace and exceptional views of the Bay of Concarneau. Located in the heart of the White Sands district you will be close to all amenities and mainly close to the most beautiful beaches of Concarneau.
In order to respect your privacy the toilets are separate and located on the other side of the living room. A parking space is available with the rental of the apartment, it is located at the bottom of the building, square N°10.
Linen rental:
Our concierge offers you the rental of linen during your stay: Bed linen kit + towels: 20€ per bed.
Bedding size 1 bed of 160/200, and 1 sofa bed of 140/200.
It is optional and it must be requested when booking.
