If your looking for a place to sleep with no thrills here it is. As for service while i was checking in an ac unit came on and made it hard to hear the gentleman checking me in. As for the room, shower was missing a door which then allowed water to escape tothe rest of the bathroom. There was hair left in the shower on the bar soap dish. The door tonthe bathroom would constantly stickand be difficult to open. The floor of room was sticky.

I didn’t like there we’re roaches in my room. I killed four roaches in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. I would given better review if I did find roaches in my room. Another thing when I came to checked in I had wait for someone to come to front desk.

On a two day business trip, drove 7 hours and arrived exhausted at 2:31pm. Parking lot was empty. Front desk said I would have to pay an extra early check in fee. This is terrible customer service personified. Despite that room was comfortable.

It was a clean room just woke up few times with loud noise of traffic on the room facing the freeway and then took shower with cold water! Lil warm and no pressure to wash out shampoo and the pillows were too small

it was a great stayed but the only disappointing was that there was no warm or hot water when i shower. Room 325.

The room was quiet and mostly clean. The shower stall could have used a good scrubbing and the sheets weren't the cleanest. The shower stall only has one glass which let's water splash all over the floor. The continental breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee, bagels, cereal.

Disgusting, dirty and full of bugs and disease. No Baily to contact the front office via phone. You just get stuck in a loop of recorded messages. So gross, my employees need a ER visit to make sure they didn’t contact a disease.
