The floors were nasty not cleaned . There were cockroaches in the room , I killed 2 and one was already dead when I came back to my room . I Let the lobby know and they weren’t to concerned about it , but said they would check into it .

The front desk showed absolutely no empathy for my concern and when asked to speak with front desk manager (not present) no one never called me to ask how they may help after I left my contact number. Very poor customer follow up. I would never any longer stay or recommend anyone at this place any more.

The amenities were not there. The gym they stated was under constructions but you could tell they used it as storage. So it was non existent. The Ice Machines were also all out of service. I went with a group and all of our 9 Rooms had a smell of smoking. When these are smoke free rooms. I would not like to go back unless things are adressed. The location is good because you have acess to many food options. Easy acess to the freeway.

I liked that it was family friendly, i don't mind kids running around and spalshing at thw pool/jacuzzi. The only thing i didnt like were the doors .. the bathroom door would not close completely let alone lock. I overlooked it because i traveled with my kids but a friend pf mine said the same thing was going on in his room too. Maybe just check that out :)

Rm was not properly cleaned, had obvious dirty stains on the coach. At check in the security personnel was sleeping in a vehicle at the entrance as we knocked on the door for a long time. We had to call for someone else to wake him up. After which he never apologized nor acknowledged our presence. Didn’t even say hi. The check in process took close to 30 min with a tele receptionist.
