SWIM WITH ROACHES
We have stayed at plenty of Hyatt House locations. This one was not bad inside. The room was clean, but dated a bit, nothing to be too concerned with. We went to use the pool in the evening and I had to take my child to the bathroom. We went into the pool bathroom and there were small, brown cockroaches everywhere. I told my husband about it and so we decided to go to our room shortly after. The whole walk to the hotel door was disgusting. It was swarming with roaches! Now, had the staff helped us with checking out early I would have been a little happier. But we have been given the runaround for 2 days now and still have not heard from anyone to discuss this matter since we left early. I will NEVER stay there again, which is a shame because the location is actually wonderful.

The staff here is second to none. We stay quite often and are always greeted cheerfully, often by name, as we are out and about on the property. We simply feel at home.

The hotel room was dirty. There was hair (from shaving, I assume) around the sink, there was only one trash can, there were zero USB charger outlets (an actual plug is needed to charge devices), and the hotel was hot (they didn’t have the A/C on).

Wonderful place to stay if you're away from home and want that extra home like appeal, stocked kitchenette, living area, very comfortable beds. I extended my stay from a long weekend to a week and had a very comfortable experience. Very clean and cheaper than an Airbnb!

Pleasant stay at Hyatt House Pleasant Hill. The property is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The pool and spa were out of service but fortunately the sister Courtyard hotel was next door so they provided access to that pool, spa and restaurant. Would definitely stay again, Thank you
