Location next to food/entertainment was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms may need some love though. Our room the toilet wiggled a bit, and overall just looked a bit dated like the roll-up blinds looked old.

Excellent stay! Hyatt House PH was amazing from check-in to check-out. Parking was free & accessible. Room was amazing as advertised and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and delicately assembled by an attentive crew of ladies that made sure there was an abundance of tasty options. Famous last words as I walked away from the front desk, "I'll see you next time." Thats says it all.

Christmas Night 2024
Stayed at this hotel property on Christmas night 2024 after family gathering nearby. Hotel is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Room showing its age but clean and comfortable. Large screen television has no internet connection, somewhat of a disappointment. Room has a kitchen and a full sized refrigerator. Breakfast is included in the price of the room which was fine considering this is not a luxury hotel.

The location was convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast choices were excellent and there was ample space for dining with companion or alone. Quiet atmosphere; bed was comfortable and the room was light with the big windows. We would stay again.
