The second day my heater was draining water all over my room. I contacted the front desk. They sent someone to clean it up. They said if it happened again, they would move me. I want to take a shower, I came out and it was water under the heater again. At that point, they move me to another room. The second room, the toilet seat was broken, hair dryer had been pulled off the wall, and it was missing, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I feel that I should have part of my money refunded due to the poor quality of the hotel.

The room had a broken set of blinds and you could see the where they'd removed a valance and patched it but hadn't gotten around to painting it. There was also a loud whine--which turned out to be the fridge. But it could only be silenced for more than 10 minutes by unplugging or turning it off. Then there was the water on the floor in the bathroom. The manager came and cleaned up, fixed the waterline into the toilet and tried to fix the fridge. Bed was comfy though and it was next door to Donuts & Deli which was spectacular!

Very Dirty - Transients & Barking Dogs Loitering
It started by giving me a room that had not been cleaned or serviced, and the room phone did not work so i could not ring the front desk. This means I had to gather all my gear and go back to the front desk to get another room. The other room smelled like puke & the toilet ran all nigh. There were also dogs barking thru-out the night a good night's sleep impossible.

I was impressed with the updated room. The furniture, bed, and sink/shower were all in very good condition. Also love the hard surface flooring. Affordable, clean, and updated. Great for what I was looking for.

I had a 4 night stay. Staff is very friendly however the room was alright. During the time I stayed I found a lot of spiders and bugs. The neighbors next to us were very loud and didn't feel too comfortable around this area. Overall it was just ok but next time I’ll probably skip out on this hotel.

basics, no frills. carpet had stains and was old. old toilets lying outside the stairs, very noisy. i emailed and asked for a lower room for an injury but they did not get the msg no had any lower rooms. i'll spend more for nicer next time.

Someone here had fentanyl and my husband touched it while throwing away the garbage. He was in the hospital for 3 days and is still weak. Now the young man with a beard told us we can’t stay because of it. They also have roaches. NASTY
