This wonderful property located in Barrio Nuevo, in Conil de la Frontera welcomes 6 guests.
Outside this property you will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 6m x 3m and a depth range from 1.45m to 1.55m and is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. You will be able to gather all together on either of the two porches available, which have a dining area. You will also find a fantastic barbecue that you can use to prepare your favourite dishes while the little ones play and have fun in the large garden. The property is fenced and privacy is total, even if there are neighbours nearby.

This property is distributed entirely on one floor, and inside there is a nice dining room equipped with a fireplace and TV where you will be able to relax thanks to its comfortable sofa. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you can use any of the three bedrooms available. One of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the room. You can use the fan, radiator, washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

Barrio Nuevo is a charming neighbourhood in Conil de la Frontera. If you are planning a visit to this area, we recommend a stroll through the streets of the town, such as Carril de la Fuente street, one of the most emblematic where you can admire the typical white houses of the area, as well as its Andalusian courtyards decorated with flowers and plants. If you are interested in gastronomy, you can visit the Mercado de Abastos de Conil, where you will find local products and typical dishes of the region. If you like the beach, you can visit Los Bateles Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Conil, which has crystal clear waters and golden sands, and is ideal to enjoy a day of sun and sea.

La casa ofrece todas la comodidades para alojarte.
Hemos disfrutado mucho la casa, sobre todo su zona exterior. El porche y la zona de barbacoa están genial, muy agradables. Aunque la piscina parezca pequeñita, en realidad es más grande de lo que se aprecia en las imágenes. Hemos pasado un gran finde!
