Holiday rental home with gardens and private pool, located on the road to the port in Roche Viejo.
It is located close to the coves of Puntalejo and Cala de Aceite which are less than five minutes by car.

The property has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two singles, in the lounge there is a sofa bed for a fifth person.
There is one bathroom, lounge with chimney, dining room and kitchen which is well equipped for all your cooking needs.

La experiencia ha sido buena en general. La crítica que tengo y la aporto de manera constructiva es que la limpieza no era la correcta, te diría que deja bastante qué desear, hasta el wc estaba sucio…dudo que se hubiera limpiado pues había restos del inquilino anterior. Y con respecto a la comunicación la crítica es la siguiente, el viernes 7 se personó en la casa un señor que decía ser el que se encarga del mantenimiento de la piscina y el césped, abrió la puerta y no lo esperábamos, no tenía conocimiento de que esta persona se presenta sin avisar y entra como si el inquilino fuera él. No es lógico que suceda este hecho. Saludos
