Serene villa with private Aqua Salt Sojourn!!!

This stylish place is perfect for your stay. Providing you with combined open spaces and an amazing backyard with a heated pool just perfect to unwind. Multiple TVs throughout with Netflix to enjoy. Conveniently located about 5 min from Downtown and close to many stores, restaurants and parks! Enjoy a heated pool 90° all day long while grilling and having a great time with your family, friends or co-workers
Note: POOL CLOSES ( OCTOBER 20 and reopen MARCH 25)
We charge $25/day to heat the pool

We do have 5 cameras outside (1 ring camera facing the entry way, 1 on each side of the house including the pool area) theses are only for safety reasons.

Please note that the garage is currently not available for guest we use it as storage. you can park up to 5 cars on the driveway.

No parties, No smoking, No lifeguards on duty for swimming pool swim at your own risk. Pool will be closed from October 31 to April 1st
We do not allow more than 5 vehicles on the driveway. Please always park your vehicle on the driveway not on the side of the road.
We do have 5 cameras outside (1 on the front door, 1 on each side of the house including the pool area) theses are only to secure our property.
