Family trip

We were in the area for a family event. This Comfort Suites was a great value. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I found the shower floor to be slippery and made me feel unsafe. I found the hot breakfast to be below par The eggs tasted artificial and barely eatable I would stay again but find breakfast else wear.

Booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool with hot tub, and a small gym. The hot tub was broken, the gym equipment was broken. The breakfast had very few gluten free options, ran out of juice over an hour before breakfast ended. I will say the place was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was nice, the pool was clean. But I deviated from our usual hotel choice for specific amenities that were out of order, and I wish I’d booked the other place.

Decent location and my room was lovely. Only complaints are bathrooms related: *size of towels is pretty small *quality of towels and quality of toilet paper - they were rough and abrasive *water pressure was a trickle

A very comfortable stay

This is my second time staying in Tomball in 6 weeks. The first Hotel was pretty good, but the Comfort Suites was wonderful! The staff answered the phone when I called, they were very helpful in finding me a room that was close to the lobby because of my limited mobility, the channel selection on the TV was great, the room was spacious and very clean, and the free breakfast had a great selection, not just pastries and juice. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Texas Renaissance Faire, which is what we were in town for! My family also enjoyed the HOT breakfast provided! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here.
