The hotel itself is very nice. Since we arrived late evening after dark and the hotel is set back from the service road, it was very difficult to find the right entrance. The businesses around the hotel have separate parking lots without any way to access each other, so we had to make several detours before we found the only one that allowed access to the hotel.

Our check in lady was super sweet and very nice. The beds were super comfortable, and the breakfast was great! The place is conveniently located near all the shopping and of course the Pavillion. Had a great stay. Definitely recommend!

Bad smell of the rooms, We changed rooms and it was bad on both. Renovations were urgente, bathroom door in bad condition, night’s noice level was out of normal loud. Coffee in the morning undrinkable.

Comfort Suites is comfortable.
The staff was exceptional. The room was clean. The bed is amazing , 5 pillows ! Not very many channels on the tv. Good water pressure , heated light in the bathroom was nice.

Nice room, friendly staff
We were able to check in a few minutes early. The staff was really nice and explained everything to me that I needed to know. The room was exactly what I needed and it was clean and comfortable. The only issue is the tv didn’t work at first, but we were able to fix it. (Thanks to being tech savvy 😁) we booked the room for a concert and it was very convenient for us to rest afterwards instead of driving hours back home.

The staff here were so nice and welcoming....We stayed for a concert in town and the rooms were clean and quiet. The pillows are made from the really nice down filling so we slept very nicely 👌 plus you are within walking distance of Red Lobster and starbucks 😀....so all around a win win 🏆
