Good location. Decent, but has lost its luster. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Hot water in the shower, but only one hook to hang a bath towel. Handle on hair dryer was so sticky couldn't use it. A burned out light bulb in one room lamp. Don't bother buying the breakfast, they never asked for the ticket (proof of purchase), so everyone got breakfast for free. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, meat... but everything was cold.

Our shower didn’t work in our room. I went downstairs to try to get a new room, because the phone in our room didn’t work. Jennifer said that there were no rooms available and that we had to wait for maintenance to come and check it out. We waited an hour, and heard nothing. I finally called back demanding a new room, or we were going to have to check out and go to a different hotel so that we could shower and start our day before the concert that we were attending that evening. About 5 minutes later, we had a new room, right next to the room that we were in. When we checked out, it was Jennifer again, and she was kind of rude as we were leaving. This is a great property, with awesome amenities, but the customer service can definitely use some work.

The room was nice and I enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious! The location was also good for my trip. Unfortunately, I had a skin care product that was accidentally thrown out by housekeeping. I tried to follow up a few times to see if it was found or if I could be reimbursed. I was told a few times that I should get a call back from the manager but never did.

We spent one night at Crowne Plaza. It was easy to find and a good location for the concert we were in town for. The lobby and staff were very nice. We were greeted politley and were able to check in easily. When we made it to our room there was a musty smell, almost like a cat had been in there. The room was clean, organized and spacious. Our king size bed was comfortable as well. The only issue was the odd smell, otherwise the experience would have been 5 stars.

A Really Great Stay!
We had a great stay. A very big and nice room on the 6th floor. Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. We drank in the bar that evening and took some snacks back to the room. The morning breakfast was also great. I would definitely recommend this place. Given as how some folks gave bad reviews, I didn't see it. It was a very nice hotel.
