No customer service
Absolutely terrible. I booked the room on hotels.com. When I arrived in the parking lot, I got a call from the hotel stating that the room is not available and they are over booked. The front desk clerk went on to say their system is down and she can’t cancel my reservation and I will be charged for the room. I was not able to get a refund from hotels.com. I was told my hotels.com that I would need to work with my bank and the hotel for a refund. I’m going to search for a new discount hotel company. I will discontinue my relationship with hotels.com.

This place is representing the extended stay it’s a very small hotel room. The stove didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t close no clean towels no amenities at all no housekeeping overall I think Motel stick is a little bit better than this place and that’s pretty bad.

Disappointing
One big issue was that the walls are paper-thin. Whoever was above us walked around all night long, clomping like a herd of elephants. Secondly, the "free breakfast" amounts to either nasty coffee or blah tea along with two prepackaged options (small muffins or crunchy granola bars). Please quit calling that nonsense a breakfast.

Worst hotel i have stayed in
The TV barely worked. The floors were sticky. There was several cockroaches. The bathroom handle fell off. The front door you had to fight open. The whole room had a funky smell.

When we got to hotel it had no power. People all sitting outside with doors open. Most were drinking with loud music. No lights in parking lot. Did not seem safe so we just left without stopping. Lost my money on that one and paid for another hotel down the road.
