I suggest that the hotel be closed down.
The hotel is very old. The hotel is too close to the highway, so traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. The room wall and ceiling had wet area that might suggest possible presence of mold.

Think again before booking.
The smell of air freshener the moment you opened the door should've been the first clue. The bed sheets were stained, there was no housekeeping so I had to change the linen myself. There was dog food next to the bed. The TV was not working. The gap at the door was big enough to fit my sandals under it. The hallway and elevator carpets look like they have not been vacuumed since they opened the place. I spoke to Shivam, the GM, and he seemed sincerely apologetic for the my experience. Don't want to sound like I'm picking apart the place but the same opened water bottle that was in the lobby when I checked in the previous night, was in the same place when I checked out 12 hours later. After my experience, it is my opinion that if you don't clean up the common areas, what should we expect of the rooms? Breakfast was not bad.
The only way to turn the TV off, was to unplug it.
No housekeeping, had yo changed the soiled linen myself.

Noise from the freeway kept me up all night. It was awful. The floors were dirty and I found several items from previous guests. I asked for and was given a late checkout, but when we got back to the hotel to freshen up, before normal checkout, we found our keys had already been deactivated. Positives: The beds were comfortable, one of the front desk personnel was nice (one was not) and the hotel was conveniently located next to restaurants and Bear Branch Park.

It’s a dated property but the rooms have been remodeled and the same for the bathroom. It is very close to shores and a two minute walk to Walmart for food and anything you might need. Staff was nice.
