19th century house, old barn and stable, rehabilitated with natural materials (wood, mud and stone) conserving the original walls. Outdoor terrace with swimming pool and magnificent views.
The quiet environment of this rural house in the Barrio de la Morería, at the foot of the Constantina Castle, ensures you a rest like few have had. In fact, you will have the chance to escape from the bustle of the big city and disconnect. At the same time, you are only 7 km from some of the most famous cities and towns in Sierra Morena and emblematic places that are perfect for day trips and take a refreshing swim in the Rivera del Hueznar.
The house is enveloped in a rustic atmosphere, provided by charming furniture, ceilings with wooden beams and details of stone and bricks in every corner of the accommodation.
The living area with a fireplace and high ceilings has 2 comfortable sofa beds and armchairs and a Smart TV, a fully equipped integrated kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc, etc), and a bathroom with shower tray. It also has Wi-Fi and a teleworking area at your disposal.
A staircase leads to the loft with a sloping roof, where there is a bedroom with a double bed.
There is another suite bedroom on the ground floor with 2 beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a large shower.
It also has a laundry room with washing machine.
Outside the house, you will be welcomed by a spacious and charming terrace with a dining room and characterized by picturesque views of Constantine and its mountains.
Still, the icing on the cake is the pool located on the terrace. From here you can enjoy even better views. Four sun loungers offer the perfect place to sunbathe and relax after a dip in the cool waters of the shallow pool for bathing with your children.
