Clarify everything before booking on email
Hotel do disclose the reality atvthe time of booking, restaurent was closed,,our package was with breakfast and they get breakfast in plastic bag from nearby hotel and they serve you in breakfast. Always they are not answerable for this. They know they are very closed to Bits and airport,so they take advantage .

Really a bad experience 1st time happened on my goa trip .. Bad service, bad food , and dirty towles and bedsheets There is no complementary toiletries .(instant that showing while booking the room ) Breakfast is really bad they want to tell that there is a free breakfast and all going on Totally complaint lift everytime Swimming pool is nice but there is no light on night Totally a bad experience is in quneey

As i entered the hotel found a group of guest fighting with the receptionist(Vinay) , once I checked in I realised this place has zero service culture , had to followup 3 times to get my lunch in the room Despite reminding them twice to arrange for a cab and a wake up call no one bothered to do that , Luckily i got up on my own and made it to the airport just on time

I was not allowed to stay in the hotel even after oaying for it because the staff said I am a local, but im having a different nationality and had come here for holidays. My money was taken but no room was given to me. I asked for the refund but the manager said they cant as its hotel policy. I had booked this hotel from outside India and even had paid in foreign currency. This is like cheating people.

Filthy. Not Worth the Value.
Next to national highway means you won't be able to sleep. Breakfast is disgusting and get ready to wait your turn for your omelette, only for the cook give it to somebody else.

The worst Hotel we stayed in ever
The room was pathetic,cockroaches coming out,furniture badly maintained,staff was rude n arrogant n big time liers,only 500ml water bottle per day against room charges of 5000 per night,spotted bedsheets n disgustingly maintained towels,etc etc.....n wen complained bout it to the hotel ,thr was no help n the manager was always out of reach.....very bad

Location, location, location.
A fairly heartless hotel with reasonable rooms. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked and the wet room was, well, wet. The restaurant is unusual but the food was nice and the restaurant/kitchen staff were very nice and attentive. But there is only one reason to use this hotel and the title says it all. Less than 5 minutes to the airport.
