My main reason to stay here is that they accept pets. LaQuinta’s all used to accept pets for free. Now many don’t or change a hefty fee. I am grateful that some still accept pets but there’s nothing special about most LaQuinta’s.

Disgusting room 228 had dirt all over the walls and paintings. The bed stands were covered in candle wax. The bathroom floor was dirty and had dust from room maintenance. When arriving I didn’t need to show my Payment for my room or my ID later in stay I didn’t need to show ID for extra room keys. The cleanliness and security of this property is terrible pay the extra 60 a night for a better hotel.

Very Very Dirty
The building is very dirty! From the moment you walking in, the lobby furniture looks disgusting, the breakfast area chairs are crusty with food spills. The first room stunk so badly of cigarettes, like someone had been living there for 2 years chain smoking! I went to the window to open it immediately, I realized that the 3rd floor window did not even have a screen and was able to be opened all the way, it would be very dangerous for a kid! My husband looked up and realized that the smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag and tape. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned. I decided to ask for a new room, the lady working the front desk was very nice about it but you could tell she really wasn’t surprised. She gave us a different room on the same floor. It just smelled musty but still had no screen on the window and was dirty. The sheets were washed but very stained and thin, with holes in them. The top cover has coffee stains etc on it. Again the bathroom and bedroom were only very minimally cleaned. We would have gone somewhere else but the whole family had rooms in this hotel and we felt stuck. The breakfast was gross. Cold, including the coffee and biscuits and gravy…like it was all leftover from the day before…it tasted disgusting. One bite and my husband said nope we are going somewhere else. People were complaining left and right. Our Aunt didn’t even have 1 roll of toilet paper in her room, no bath towels and the floor she was on reeked of pot.

Stayed in $35 rooms that were better+ mgmt..
horrible. one night and staff was horrible. refused to basic room standards were not even met. It was so bad it was surreal actually. No remote in our room so there was no way to use the tv at all. No towels were left in the room and my partner was told when calling about gettting some that they were “out of clean towels”. yeah; this was intentional neglect and laziness. it was quite astonishing to reach that level of bad, because it itself would require trying hard to not do anything yet that was the vibe i got everywhere. i will never forget this and will never stay in expensive trash like this place again.

Idk if the young red head girl at the desk was high, but she offered the worst service. I tried asking about extending my stay and she didn’t really care or want to deal with that so she kept telling me I’d be better of staying somewhere else even tho I insisted to know the pricing. What kind of employee refuses to give information to where they work and recommends other businesses (non specifically)?!?? She didn’t seem very attentive when I was trying to talk with her. Then she somehow assigned me SOMEONE ELSE’S ROOM!!! I walked in on people! It was so embarrassing for both parties. So I had to go back and she didn’t believe me it was someone else room. Finally I got her to change it. The only redeeming quality this location had was comfy beds & a good breakfast selection. By my coffee was COLD and it was clear they were not changing it regularly. My room was slightly dirty and for a two person room they only gave me 1 musty smelling towel. Terrible. I’m surprised with this. Someone needs to get in and correct this. La Quinta has been better than this. I’ve been a loyal customer to their locations. NEVER coming back to this one ever again.

The showerhead was broken, the caulking around the fixtures in the bathroom was sloppy.... There was blue painters tape still on the ceiling, the thermostat wasn't accurate. None of these are necessarily deal breakers but for the price we paid, we expected better.

Hotel was fine to stopover while traveling cross country. The bathroom setup was dangerous. The shower was very very slippery with no hand grip anywhere. Very flimsy shower curtain. Use caution getting in/out of the shower.

Toilet was continuously running-we fixed it ourselves. The floor we were on had a lot of dirty rooms with open doors. The hallway was filthy. Our room was clean or we would not have stayed. Breakfast was pitiful. They ran out of plates at 7:00 in the morning and never replaced them. No one was adding more breakfast food. Pretty pitiful.

The room at this hotel was disgusting. Blood stains on curtains, i don’t know what stained on the lamp shades but they are gross, dirty floor, didn’t even sleep under the sheets. Blood on those had to change a pillowcase. Never will return to this hotel.
