This property was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of the town and walkable to everything. The restaurant was good as well. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great. It is in an excellent location with super helpful friendly staff. The beds and pillows were a bit too hard and uncomfortable but over all a wonderful stay.

Lovely boutique unique hotel
The Castle Hotel Conwy is a great place to stay. Staff are some of the friendliest I have encountered in many years and many hotel stays. Room is spacious and comfortable. The beds and bedding a dream. And the food is quite superb. The home made pies are special and the steak tasty and tender.

This hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Conwy close to all the main attractions. We arrived early and our room was ready which was massively appreciated after a long drive in. Parking was easy, free and onsite. The room itself was clean and tidy for the most part but had an overwhelming damp smell so we had the windows open the whole of our stay. The bathroom also smelled very damp and the basin was blocked so didn’t drain well. There were also bird droppings on the door and on the radiator which was unpleasant. The bed was huge and very comfortable and there were some nice additions like free water bottles, a variety of hot drinks and biscuits. We had dinner in the restaurant on our last night, I was very pleased with mine but my husband had muscles and he said they were bland and stringy so not too fresh (odd for a seaside hotel). What made this hotel was the staff. From the moment we entered we were warmly welcomed, Dave in The Snug was great fun and Rachel in the restaurant was so friendly and attentive, some of the best service we’ve received and a real asset to the hotel.
