Old and run down but big rooms
Nice big room. Sofa bed you couldn’t sleep on because the mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. There was mold in the shower. The pool that was advertised was not working.

Wouldn't come back.
Shower had so many handicap bars it looked like it should have been in a battleship not a hotel. Poor lightning over the vanity, in theor attempt to go eco friendly they went to far. The tv had a dolby digital floating box on the screen, if you pressed enter or exit on the remote it went away but came back a few seconda later. Overall the building looked older on the inside then the outside. There were several missing pieces in the elevator looked like they had been ripped off the wall. There were wires hanging free were they had disconnected the up down signal lights. I stayed there for 3 nights the hallways always stunk of popcorn and body oder. There was yellowish stains in the shower.

Perfect Staycation
For a quick Staycation, comfort suites was perfect. Super roomy for my kids to be able to play. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by within a walk or short drive.

Comfy bed and room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel as i got up at the wrong times. Parking was somewhat limited and i had to park at the sister hotel one night behind the building.

Absolutely amazing staff and facilities were amazing as well. I had 3 room reservations for a large group and it was handled beautifully and I was able to check in super fast and without any issues whatsoever. The staff were some of the friendliest and easy to work with people I’ve interacted with and would 12/10 stay here again!
