Clean facilities but be Leary when booking through Expedia or other entity. We were charged another night by the hotel upon checking in. They said that there were no charges even when we showed our bank account where Expedia deducted the amount as well as the hotel. The gentleman stated there was nothing he could do. We are in the process of disputing it with our bank. Terrible customer service and scammers!

We had some car troubles and I am so glad we were able to get to this Holiday Inn. The staff was super friendly, as well as the rooftop restaurant staff. Wyatt was an all-star and recommend a mechanic that turned out to be amazing. If I ever find myself stuck between Nashville and Knoxville again I will absolutely be back!
