This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times the beds have been the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Very convenient for shows I’ve booked to see at Twin Towns. The beach is just across the road with a bit of walking to get to but beautiful. Multiple eating restaurants within walking distance 😊. This place is very reasonably priced compared to others in same vicinity.

Fire alarm went off early one morning & all guests evacuated as per signage & 1/2 of us found ourselves outside, locked out & no way to exit the grounds (external gates padlocked. Thankfully it was a false alarm & other guests inside opened a door from inside so we could all exit out the front (too bad if there was a fire at the front entrance)

Staff was good, facilities were clean. Parking was a nightmare, could not even park onsite at night during our stay and had to park offsite and walk back. Aircon did not work and was unfortunately not resolved during our stay despite it being requested.

The property was in the perfect location for the beach and dining. It needs a little bit of a facelift, but honestly it was awesome. The only downside to our weekend was the children staying there as they were running around the corridors, shouting, skateboarding through the hallways, and pranking the elevator, by pressing every floor inside and out, and then running off. That’s not the hotels fault, however, just bad parenting!

Pleasantly surprised, very grand and although older style building it was renovated wonderfully and modernised. Excellent helpful, friendly staff. Walking distance to everything, restaurants, beach and surf clubs across the road. Enjoyed our stay will definitely return again.

The Green Mount Beach House felt recently renovated, ,clean and fresh. All of the staff I met were friendly and helpful . I only stayed one night but it was very pleasant and i would stay there again.
