The rooms are super clean and the view from the balcony of the lake is amazing. The mattress was not good for my wife's back issues. Overall great rooms for great price.

Cottage was well equipped and living area roomy. Bedroom was small. It was further out from Cooperstown than I thought. 7 miles to town for a restaurant if you haven’t brought your own food.

It’s @15-20min drive to where the action is….restaurants, shopping, etc…. But it was clean, had a view of lake, convenient mini-beach, kayaks to take out. Lovely property; we’d definitely stay again and have already recommended it.

Beautiful location and views. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was perfect. Our TV needed to be reprogrammed by staff but honestly, we took advantage of the quiet and decided to read/talk, rather than even turn the TV on. 10-15 min to Hall of Fame. It was GREAT!
