Weekend Getaway
Hotel is older and in need of major upgrades. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some issues, mold in the shower grout. Towels were worn at best. Heavy smell of bleach on everything. Convenient to all Cooperstown areas, plus the trolley.

Property was not as clean as it could in the common areas.. Not enough light in the bathroom- just a rectangle accent light around the mirror. It was nice to have breakfast and a pool/jacuzzi indoors for when it rained.

The room was a nice size for a family of three. The refrigerator in the room was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The toilet seat was broken and the staff told us they could not have it repaired that evening and that they were booked (lie!), essentially they had no solution for the problem. I was able to book another room online and shortly after we were moved to a different room. The staff obviously lied about being fully booked as there were approximately 12 cars in the parking lot and about 10 people at breakfast the next morning. The telephone (which the staff used to communicate with us) in the room was not working well. The breakfast was good, but food choices were limited. Customer service was terrible - downright rude! Upon check in my husband and I stood at the counter/desk for about 1.5 minutes while three hotel employees behind the desk ignored us. A simple, "we'll be right with you" and eye contact would have sufficed. This hotel is not worth the money to stay here. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I contacted the hotel a month prior to my vacation and requested top floor not to look over the parking lot when I got there. I got to top floor, but my view was the McDonald’s second of all. My room wasn’t in the main building. It was across the parking lot so every time I wanted to go to the hotel, I’d have to walk across two parking. Lots to get breakfast to use the pool to use the gym. They had a great idea at 7 o’clock in the morning to cut the grass and disturbed the entire hotel and waking everybody up, when I spoke to management, they said they look into it but you know how that goes. I will never ever go back to one of these hotels ever again. And every photograph of the hotel, none of them showed that you would be put in a separate building from the main hotel, which is totally ridiculous Especially when you have emphysema and it’s hard for you to walk so much

Found this hotel to be the best option for our family of 3 while our son was staying at Dreams Park. It’s a 2min drive to Dreams Park and an 8min walk. Very convenient with the grocery store and coffee shop in same shopping center. Midtown is great city with Fly Creek and Downtown Cooperstown right next to each other. Hotel could use some updating, but other than that it served its purpose to us. Staff was nice, breakfast was great, and coffee machine was a great.

Nice enough. Very expensive for what it was. Some damage on our front door not repaired. Certainly not what you would expect at that price. Staff were nice enough and place was reasonably quiet. Our view unfortunately was of the negihbouring drive through of a fast food restaurant (specializing in Scottish food).
