The lower-level apartment is easily accessible by stairs from the driveway. Once around back you have your own private entrance with deck space for outdoor dining and eating. There is also a wonderful hammock spot just off the deck in the trees behind the house, giving you a true feel for the name, Breezy Hills.
Inside this well-laid-out studio apartment, you will find everything you need for your short stay in the area. The studio living space has a queen bed, a comfy couch, a 50" ROKU SmartTv, a dining area, and a twin bed. Immediately adjacent to the living area is a perfect kitchenette with natural light from the window, open shelving to make the space feel larger, and even a 2 burner electric stovetop, mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. This little kitchenette is just right for your time away from home.
There is also an ample-sized bathroom with a shower right off the kitchen with more natural light from a window.
