Gostei do atendimento da recepção, o quarto deixou a desejar no banheiro com problemas de vazamento e mofos na parede, o quarto atendeu mas a limpeza deixou a desejar - tive problemas de reposição de toalhas e, no café da manhã, espaço bem pequeno para o fluxo de hóspedes, tinha tumulto para sentar, na limpeza das mesas serviço demorado e as reposições eram bem demoradas, acho que por falta de funcionários.

Talvez o pior hotel em que ja fiquei. Ambiente insalubre, o quarto mais parecia quarto de motel. Minúsculo, as paredes sujas e manchadas, roupa de cama de quinta e uma coberta velha e toda suja guardada dentro do armário. Tudo no hotel aparenta ser velho. As instalações, o quarto, o elevador, até mesmo a experiência do check in. Te fazem preencher um formulário gigantesco, em papel, tão antigo que contém o slogan do primeiro governo Dilma. Nos botaram em um quarto no último andar, que só se pode chegar de escada. Os elevadores velhos fazem um barulho insuportavelmente alto dentro do quarto. Impossível ter uma noite de sono decente, principalmente depois que o café da manhã começa a ser servido e os elevadores são usados sem parar. Café da manhã medíocre, nada de especial.

Faltou o quarto ser limpo após dois dias de uso. Mas percebi que por falta de funcionários. O colchão não era dos melhores e o ar condicionado pouco potente. Mas foi bom.... Porém podem e devem melhorar. No café da manhã, faltava repor por demora
