It was a great experience! But when checking out, Rafaela was very rude to me saying that I should take 30 minutes before leaving to check out? This is so rude and not acceptable!! The worst was the tone she was using like she was talking to a child, like she needs to get re-trained, no one told I needed to check out all hotels you leave key and go, it’s called easy check out. Keep credit card on file and sooooo much easy.

Everything was great In and around hotel. However, parking was Very hard and limited to find besides That, the during the evening hours, I thought there was way too many homeless and very needy people hanging out And bothering patrons around the area!

Property and the service room. Everything inside was beautiful and parking was a little difficult and nighttime people who is on drugs and stuff need to be cleaned up in the area for money and stuff like that other than that I love you love the motel.

Excellent location right on the quiet end of Copacabana beach, also 10min walk from Ipanema beach. Plenty of nice food options in walking distance. Building is a bit old as all other mid-range hotels there: windows not very soundproof, bathroom in need of a refresher but not a disaster. Just can’t put 5-star just of that really. Breakfast was amazing! And service excellent.

Probably most of the rooms won’t have a view because the property is located between two buildings. The breakfast was phenomenal and Rafael’s (bar tender) caipirinha was top notch! Andrea (house keeper) also was very kind and pleasant.

Awesome place with a great view from the roof. The service varied but overall it was a great experience. We did have to make a request for the nighttime porter to knock on the neighbors door due to loud music at midnight. He came within a few minutes and resolved it for us. The nighttime barman was such a pleasant person who provided an excellent service and great conversation. He should be promoted to a managerial position. In the future. The loss of one star came as a result of the morning breakfast line. The person checking room numbers saw us exit the elevator and never asked us our room number. Unknowingly we placed ourselves in the clearly visible line. We were shocked when we saw others after us being called first. After asking him why he blamed us for never saying our room number. This was not fair because after we joined the line I noticed him asking other customers (exiting from elevator) what their room number was. He managed to work us in and everything went correct from there. Also thanks for the free bottle of champagne. Mark & Gustavo.
