Check in - unwelcoming reception staff. Room - incredible room, gorgeous fittings, finished to the highest of standards. Amenities - no tea or coffee in the room. Only able to buy from cafe in reception between certain limited hours. Poor bar area, feels like you are sitting in reception having a drink. Overall needs work, but the room was lovely. In a very quiet area, about 10 / 15 min walk from the main area.

Perfectly located for a Copenhagen city break
The hotel is just a couple of roads back from beautiful Nyhavn but in easy reach of all the major attractions. Staff were excellent and everywhere spotlessly clean. Be great to see again when Salt restaurant and terrace refurb are completed. Go for a waterside view room if you can!

What a wonderful stay! We booked last minute, as our flight was canceled due to the weather. Even without our luggage, it was such a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing!
