trains are unavoidable
I asked for a room not facing the train tracks I was told this was not possible as all rooms face the tracks but it's very clear the hotel faces tracks on one side and road on the other. The room comes with ear plugs which makes it clear you are going to hear the trains and you do... i tried to use the gym in the morning but there are no running machines or bikes it's a tiny room in the basement. Breakfast was nice. I will try not to come back

The hotel is right across the street from the train station so it's super convenient to find the place. Best location for the hotel and the staffs are very friendly as well. They have a luggage storage room for you to leave your luggage there after you check out.

Beautiful old building , the library bar is a must for a drink as well. The staff at the reception was amazing , friendly , smiling and very helpful , sound normal but it’s not these days so well done , everything was great

Were not impressed and tried to refuse to allow us to pay cash. Rooms very dark, poor lighting, safe was faulty, sent a technician up, who would not listen, issue was not fixed. Housekeeping was not of good standard, other than being directly across the road from Tivoli gardens, (also was a disadvantage due to noise late at night, but cant have everything), was disappointed

I had a great two-night stay at ProfilHotel in Copenhagen! It was so easy to get to from the airport, with central station right around the corner from the hotel, and super conveniently located for walking or taking transit anywhere in the city. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Would recommend and stay here again!

The hotel is very conveniently situated right next to the central station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, if a little dark, and staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice, and hot drinks were available during the day.

Great hotel for city break
Lovely historic building, one minute’s walk from Copenhagen Central train station. Across the road from Tivoli Gardens and food hall. Library Bar in the hotel is very nice but also very popular so you make have to wait in line for a long time. If you are staying at the hotel, recommend you book a table for the bar in advance.

We loved our stay here so much came back at end of trip! The location is perfect close to tourist sights christmas markets and best of all train station! Rooms are adorable, loved the elevator and the library bar on first floor is one of the coolest bars I’ve been in!

I stayed for one night at this hotel and it was amazing. Very pretty hotel. Really nice location-right by Tivoli. The front desk workers were extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed and I had a balcony. I would 100% stay here again while in Copenhagen.

Wonderful wonderful Copenhagen Plaza.
What a lovely,welcoming place to stay.so convenient regards location.room size exceeded our expectations.new bed installed while we were there..thats a first.. Breakfast was delicious,buffet style..everything you could want & need.. The hotel bar was charming,olde worldy,wood paneling surrounded the place..beautiful.

If you like convenient and deliciously old-fashioned, step inside. Built in 1914, with the original concierge desk. And it still has the old glass-sided elevator. But fret not - the tile floor bathrooms are heated from underneath, making for happy feet. Do not miss the breakfast. Magnifique!

2 minute walk from the train we took from the airport. Absolutely darling old building with updated rooms. Staff was extremely friendly. So much to see just walking around the area.
