A beautiful hotel, centrally placed within walking distance of sights and museums. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Large windows that open easily. The breakfast is amazing. Lots of choice and brilliantly helpful staff. My only issues were the light switches which were a bit confusing and though I agree with the environmentally friendly policy, 3 nights without clean towels and a room vacuuming is a stretch. If you ask, they will give you clean towels, however.

A fab and funky hotel. Loved it. Great staff and facilities. And Very central to all the places we wanted to visit. You can even walk with a case, to the station to take the train to the airport!! Super easy. We even visited Sweden by train, for the day as well. Ps For us UK visitors who like their breakfast/builders tea…take some tea bags.

Good but...
I'd stay here again it was my first trip after visiting this place a few times for drinks. It's quite funky and kitchy but well appointed in terms of function and service in the rooms. The bar is fantastic. Great places to sit read and meet people places to hang out and eat. Awesome area. The room is a bit uncomfortable in terms of climate it was hard to adjust it was always cold. My main complaint is the one I arrived in the room it looked like it had been made up everywhere except someone had been on the bed and eating something with their feet up while watching TV so I had to ask I was keeping to make the bed all over again because I wasn't sleeping in a bed which was suspect. I called up and hang in hotels this place is the same with respect to trying to cast something to your television it's useless. Forget about it. Watching television in a hotel in Copenhagen you might as well be somewhere deep in the congo with three stations. And recommend you stay here if you find a good deal during that time of the month

The staff was incredibly professional, kind and helpful, from the front desk, to restaurant staff, to housekeeping. The decor is beautiful, with great amenities like fitness room, outdoor sauna, wellness deck, and great food on dinner and breakfast menu. The front desk staff gave me great tips on how to explore the city. The location is steps away from shopping streets, cafes, restaurants and walking distance to excellent museums, interesting neighborhoods and other must see attractions.

Unique, artistic and cool... Every space in the hotel (lobby, reading room, music room, reception, bar, restaurant and of course the room!) is decorated and furnished with great taste and every detail is perfect. So different from the usual hotels that look the same... a beautiful space in a beautiful city... we loved it!

Good location and design was interesting however rooms are setup in a strange way with the sink in the main room (which had a strange smell). Service from the staff generally felt quite underwhelming and seemed to be either dealing with complaints or nothing hugely bothered. I think we only got one good morning the whole time we were there. Didn't feel very personal at all and felt almost like a hostel (the only saving grace was the friendly bar man with a beard who was helpful and greeted us with a smile). The basic things I would expect for a hotel like this (excluding the mini bar) like a kettle for the room or slippers were absent. The lobby felt a little like a co working space with people on laptops everywhere (they may of been guests) but during the day did feel like an office. The beds were comfortable and rooms generally quiet but we paid extra for a terrace (which we thought would be private before) but turned out to be an overgrown patio on a communal courtyard. In short marketing for the hotel supersedes the product at this stage. I'm sure you could probably find other hotels in the city with better service.
