We really enjoyed our stay. The room was a little bit warm and air conditioning wasn’t able to be addressed which was a little bit challenging but other than that we had a great stay there. Front desk staff was amazing

We were upset that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to reception. My husband is 85 and I can’t carry anything. When I complained at the front desk I was told there is a lift but there is no sign and no one else knew either. The receptionist very kindly gave us vouchers for breakfast. But when she sent us to our room on the 3rd floor SHE NEGLECTED TO TELL US THERE WERE EVEN MORE STAIRS UP TO OUR LEVEL ON THE FLOOR. I find this unacceptable and obviously she didn’t know the premises. We never had our room cleaned or beds made. Never saw room service. I wonder if this is the new normal at some hotels? It’s a nice hotel for younger people. I also couldn’t get decaf instead tea

Excellent hotel close to it all!
Amazing hotel! Close to everything. Our Superior King room was spacious, clean and comfortable. However, it did lack storage and hanging space. Our room, had a great view of the main shopping street for people watching and marching band every noon time, however, it can get noisy at night. Service by the staff was excellent. The are two wonderful restaurant/cafe on the premises. And a quite unique gift shop with competitive prices. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Feels like a hostel
This experience felt more like staying at hostel or college dormitory. Definitely in need of a deep cleaning over all as everything felt dingy and old. Not at all how the hotel portrays itself on booking sites. Very disappointing stay.

Great design, poor service
The hotel itself was funky and fun - really delivered from a design perspective and the beds in the room were comfy. With that said, service left a lot to be desired. While we opted not to have our rooms cleaned daily, when we asked for things like an iron or fresh towels to be brought to our room, we were told to come downstairs. When I asked to have towels brought to my room as I was leaving the hotel for dinner, I was told to get the towels when I returned and bring them to my room myself. While I’d expect this level of service from a motel, I would not expect this from a 3+ star hotel at this price point. On top of this, it seemed the front desk was regularly understaffed as there was regularly a line to get help, checking-in, etc. which made getting things like towels a challenge.

The decor in the public rooms was quirky but sophisticated. The bedroom was light and airy and the staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is really well located for sightseeing for first time visitors.

The property is sort okay. On one hand the restaurant staff is very good, breakfast is good quality. The rooms are okay, except for the light switches which are crazy. The area is very noisy until late night with drunk people shouting on the street below your room until 1 AM. But all this is nothing compared to the fact that the hotel charged us 3 times for our rooms, once upon arrival, once at checkout and once two days later. And they are not helping at all to give back our money.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel, it was clean, centrally located, had fun aesthetics, yummy breakfast and very nice staff. The only advice I would give is if you want a very quiet room, request one NOT overlooking the lobby bar.

Liked large rooms on 2nd floor. The rooms are not consistent in amenities for same price. Some have no closet, some have no coffee maker in room, some are very small or very large. All rooms beautifully decorated and different. Neni restaurant had excellent Mediterranean food. Great location, best part of hotel. Info at check in was inconsistent or incomplete between 3 of us.
