Basic but good property, good value for money. Breakfast buffet empty by 8:30 on a Sunday and did not get partly replenished until 9:45. No more coffee offered

Nøgle til værelse 40 virkede ikke bøvl med at få en nøgle til et andet værelse, syntes det er forfærdelig at i ikke har en person der forstår og ikke taler Dansk til at tage tlf.

Var der fra Torsdag til Søndag, vi fik på intet tidspunkt gjort rent, tømt skrald eller skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder. Hotellet bære tydeligt præg af at være montør hotel, restauranten har aften åben Mandag til Torsdag med dagens ret. Morgenmaden lader meget tilbage at ønske, virkede til at der blev sat noget ind når morgenmaden startede og så blev der ikke fyldt op vi oplevede den første morgen at alt pålæg var væk, med over 1 time tilbage af morgenmaden og der blev ikke fyldt nyt ind. Personalet virker generelt til ikke at gide andet end blot at være der og har problemer med at svare på selv simple ting som fx hvornår seneste chek ud er. Hotellet virker slit. Det er billigt men man skal heller ikke regne med andet end en seng at sove i. Ved chek ud var der end ikke personale til at modtage nøglen så denne måtte blot lægges på disken. Jeg skal virkelig være desperat eller høre at der er sket nogle positive forandringer for at skulle komme igen.

Værelset var rent, men hotellet trænger til en opdatering. Morgenmadslokalet bar præg af, at mange havde spist der, inden vi dukkede op. Brugt service stod fortsat på bordene, så vores eneste mulighed var at sætte os ved et Lang bord midt i lokalet. Personalet var venligt.
