ascot stay
The only issue I had was the operation of the stove top. Tech came to help. should have instruction on how to operate it. Front desk was great. need a dresser. Great location walking distance to a lot of places

Basic apartment in location close to train station
Location is very convenient to Central Train Station and Vesterport Train Station, Tivoli Gardens. A grocery store and a number of restaurants close by, including Papa Ramen, which we thought was particularly yummy. Dated decor inside that could use some more comfortable seating in the living area and dish cloths for washing dishes (soap was provided). There is a night club across the street that is loud until early in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Good, consistent wifi.

Comfortable stay
This is an actual apartment with a full kitchen front room and bed room. The location was a couple of blocks from the train station and Tivoli Gardens.The bath did back up through the floor drain the first morning, but the hotel was very responsive and fixed it that day. Overall a comfortable stay.

Good value central apartment
Good value, central, easy to find. Comfy beds but strange En suite with only bath/shower. Separate w/c across the living area where our son was sleeping on sofa bed so we had to cross his room for w/c & he had to come into our room for bathroom. Room at back of block very noisy in early morning with dawn shift of hotel staff pushing noisy trolleys around. Quiet if shut window but no air conditioning so needed window open

The hotel is quite nice in terms of the interior and facility. However, it is in a busy town square, so it is quite loud and noisy even till late at night due to all the activities outside. The internet /WIFI is unreliable. We usually had problem during the day and then in the evening, the connection is back up again.

Small, dusty, run down, uncomfortable and not as much as a tea bag or miniature shampoo. Also backs on to the back of restaurants and their air conditioning etc so noisy and smelly with no view. Should have been at most half the price.

We stayed for the second time in the Ascot Apartments. Had a slightly more modern deco one this time. Great apartment. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Separate bedroom with bathroom (although toilet is over by front door). Great location for walking around Copenhagen. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, spacious apartment. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was within 10 minutes walk of Copenhagen Central Station, as well as only being 2 minutes walk from Vesterport Station. Right on the doorstep of Tivoli Gardens, as well as restaurants, bars and a fantastic live music venue

Nice hotel, a quiet place!
The staff working from the reception was really friendly - provided ideas/map information while people did their first viewing of Copenhagen. Hotel location was SUPER to the city center - just a few mins walking distances to the shopping street and main city sightseeing. Ascot apartment should be a great choice for the family to stay in Kobenhavns - my parents and I had a wonderful time here. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Overpriced and not as described
The Ascot advertised two bedrooms with double bed and twin beds with a couch in the living area. We had four people, two adults and one child. We ended up with one bedroom and a fold out couch.The furnishings were Woolworths 1950 and very sparse. No air conditioning gave us a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. They provided one small broken fan. I plan to refuse payment on my credit card. You can sue me.

Good location.
Although we were told we would have two bedrooms,it's one bedroom and two beds in the living room. There's one bathroom and a toilet the other side of the living room,neccesitating awkward night time pit stops through the living room. We are traveling with a ten year old and sister in her 80's so it is not very comfortable arrangement.

We stayed for a week in the apartments next door to the hotel. All the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was very clean with daily servicing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen reasonably well equipped with a hot plate, microwave and kettle. Good free wifi in the apartment. We loved our stay here and were quite sorry to leave. There are a couple of supermarkets close by and the Vesterport railway station is only a short walk away giving easy access to the rail and metro transport system. An excellent choice for exploring Copenhagen.

For an apartment the lack of cooking facilities, utensils and lack of tea and coffee available was very noticable. I get that there is no airconditioning, as it would hardly be used but the rooms were stiffling hot due to the lack of ability to open a window and the constant heated tiles.Also backing onto a noisy work area of the neighbouring hotel where workers banged ,talked loudly and dragged barrels at all hours of the night and early morning.Certainly a premium price charged for a medicore product.

Great location, reasonable rates but elevator was out of service on arrival with heavy suitcase that needed to be walked 6 flights of stairs.
