Conveniently located hotel close to the train station and city centre, walkable to all landmarks. Great breakfast options including gluten free and dairy free options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Copenhagen!

We loved the location, property and the staff was excellent! The breakfast was phenomenal! It is an active hotel with many leisure travelers. The front desk team does an amazing job of handling many tasks while busy. Charlotte, Gillie and Albin? Were especially helpful with the many questions I asked. I Requested a quiet room and was given a quiet room which I really appreciated. It was a bonus to learn they have laundry facilities, 10a-8p I think, which was extremely helpful with our travel plans. The Strawberry Hotels group does a great job with their properties to provide nice services and amenities without being an expensive hotel.

It does the job. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Only wished the bathroom was a bit more renovated/clean. It feels like they renovated the lobby and the room, but forgot about the hallway/elevators and the bathroom. You can spot stains around the bathroom. Otherwise, if you are just looking for a place to stay, no complaints!

We really enjoyed the "barception" in the lobby. Nice cold beer and snacks, if not the typical Danish tourist pricey. Gym was great, staff were nice and friendly. Only complaint was the lack of AC in the room. We had the temperature down and the fan speed cranked but we just couldn't cool it down sufficiently. Not a first in Scandinavia so perhaps we're just used to colder hotel rooms.

Breakfast was excellent at this hotel. The room however was uncomfortable. There was no desk or table for a laptop or tablet. There were no drawers in the room, so I had to keep most of my things on the windowsill or the headboard of the bed. Also, all tv channels were in Danish. No channels in English, French, German or Spanish, and I love to follow world news; so I felt I was incommunicado. Location was very good.
