An absolute hovel and definitely the very worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy and disgusting. The pictures are very deceiving, because it looks inside more like a prison. The staff are rude and even during alleged reception opening hours we were told to use rear entrance. Travelled with my young daughter and felt very unsafe throughout our stay. We paid to stay for two nights but moved to a different hotel after the first sleepless night. Do yourself a favour and pay £20 more to stay somewhere else.

Whatever you do, do NOT stay here!!! Worst hotel experience of all my travels. The room was dirty, walls stained, the mattress was horrifying, the shared toilet didn’t flush. We tried complaining to the staff asking for another room or at least a clean up, they put us on hold and never called us back. After this, they refused to give us a refund or even check the state of the room. To quote the receptionist «we know how the rooms look like so we don’t need to see it». Luckily hotels.com saw the photos we took of the dirt and dust and gave us a refund without hesitation. This hotel is a health hazard and should not be in business.
