The hotel is nice and conveniently located near the Norreport train/metro station, Rosenborg Castle, nice restaurants, and the walking shopping district. However, the best thing about this hotel was the staff ... to a person, the staff was the friendliest and most helpful that we've ever encountered while traveling.

Checked in with app on phone which is also the room key. Wouldn’t have even had to interact with staff if we hadn’t arrived early and needed to leave bags in the storage room until check in time.

Had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and very clean, and appreciated the modern decor of the common rooms. Especially liked the “Woods Copenhagen” skincare amenities (if only they made a perfume!). The daily happy hour is lovely, and had fun renting the hotel bikes (with helmets). Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in lovely settings on yhe edge of the canal. About 15mins walk from the main historical/tourist areas but for us it was perfect. Staff and service were impeccable. Food was five stars. Overall excellent experience.

What a beautiful hotel!! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I loved just hanging out in their lobby. Close to the metro and plenty of places to eat. There is an open market a few blocks away with a lot of delicious things to eat and drink :)

This is considered by the Danish to be the best hotel in Copenhagen It was good but I felt that it was generally a little tired & outdated in some areas No air conditioning in our room, though a fan was available & it was unusually VERY HOT & SUNNY for our September break - so a bit uncomfortable at night Our room was above the main road so noisy with revellers overnight The Danish breakfast however is grand - faultless infact. That really set us up well for the day. Danish breakfast buffet breakfast that was fresh with so many foodstuffs. Hotel guests seemed to mostly be slightly older so if you want to stay amongst younger guests it’s probably not the hotel for you May stay here again, possibly won’t as Copenhagen is SPOILT with hotel choice

We had a junior suite. The fridge didn’t work (and yes we did ask for it to be fixed but wasn’t), I hit my elbow on the vanity when I used the toilet as it was cut around the toilet. The bathroom mirror was behind the toilet. No air conditioning. And it was quite a walking distance from the city, although there was a metro nearby and a food hall. Lots of eateries nearby and close to the botanical gardens. Quiet part of the city. Would I stay there again. Probably not.
