Although it’s about a 15 minute easy walk from the CPH terminal, easy access to anirport and right by the 5C bus line if you need a little help with the luggage. First stop after the airport is at the end of the driveway. Very easy into downtown Copenhagen all hours of the day. Incredibly clean, lovely facility, very kind and helpful staff.

Perfect for the night your flight arrives or the night before an early departure from CPH. Offers a nice restaurant and rooftop bar. Caution: no airport shuttle available on the weekend.

Hotel staff was great. Easy checkin. Only comment would be to change "laundry facilities" (which implies guests being able to do self laundry) to "laundry service" (which lets guests know that laundry must be sent out and returned 2 days later).

This hotel has an excellent location that allows a person to walk to restaurants, stores, malls, the port. The breakfast in the morning is really good and with many choices. The staff was very helpful.

Overall okay for a short 1 or 2 night stay. The biggest grivence was with staff in the evening. The service at the restaurant was terribly slow and at around 8:30 or 9pm at night no one wanted to sell me water to drink. The staff kept telling me they dont typically provide water to guests which seems absurd. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Shuttle service on pick up was not available at 9:45 even though it says shuttle runs till 10. Tried several times prior to contact hotel with no response to book shuttle ahead. Process for this should be better.
