The staff were amazing: the barmen, the front desk and reception, the staff at breakfast, the driver of the shuttle to the airport, and housekeeping. They were always polite and helpful.

It was clean and comfortable. However I booked it based on having an airport shuttle only to find out it doesn't operate on the weekends. Shame on Expedia for omitting this information!

Nice hotel. Loved the location to the airport and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Morning breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable, however needs bigger pillows for a better night sleep. The pillows were small, thus I woke up with a stiff neck because the pillow lacked very little head support. Also, no weekend or late night airport shuttle.

Check in was easy. Service at bar was extraordinary. Service at front desk was alright. Not sure why you would t operate a shuttle to the airport in the weekends. When I asked about this, there was zero sympathy. Breakfast was delicious!

We were two adults and one child. We were supposed to have a room with a king bed and a twin bed. Our room only had a king bed when I called and asked where the other bed is, they said we only requested one bed and there was nothing they could do. One reason we chose the hotel is it had a swimming pool but it was closed the whole time. Limited food menu options with high prices. Disappointed in all.

Close to the airport, clean and nice staff.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the shuttle does not run on weekends which it doesn’t say when you book. And despite the description boasting 4 restaurants, there is no food service past 9pm, not even room service so after arriving late, we had to order in food to be delivered. Just good to know… If you arrive late and need dinner, get food at the airport. Overall, hotel is nice, clean, offers a nice breakfast and the shuttle to the airport was easy.

This place has great amenities for the price. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful, and the free breakfast was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
