It was excellent for central location to transport in Copenhagen. I believe it was behind the times in updating. For such an enormous hotel presence, I would have thought an airport shuttle would've been available. The staff was very helpful.

The staff were wonderful, the location was great. However there was a celebration going on in front of the hotel for a week and they were very loud until midnight. Also a bell tower close by that chimed every 15 minutes!!

A hotel with lots of history- Audrey Hepburn and Laurel & Hardy amomg previous guests. Spacious, both the public rooms and the bedrooms, Comfy beds. Very friendly, helpful staff

Great Hotel, great location, friendly staff
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. A great location, near everything! A very small thing, majority of hotels have a pen or pencil with a small writing pad, this was not in our room. The combination of shampoo and body wash in the same container was a bit strange and I felt like they were trying to save money by not providing both. But overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location
You can't beat the location. We walked to everything. The rooms were ok but had some issues. The bathroom door didn't close. We asked for it to be fixed and it never was.

Great Location right opposite Tivoli and around the cornwr from the main shopping street. Facilities were good, bed good, though not a fan of the waterfall shower heads and hand held shower head hung low and could not be used as a wall shower.

It's in a historical building right in front of the town hall. We had a nice view and the room was very roomy and pleasant.

We enjoyed overlooking the square and our spacious room (we were offered an upgrade at check in for an additional fee). All the staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast each morning with a lot of options. One evening there was loud music playing into the early hours of the morning. Front desk staff were responsive and assured us they would take action. The music was coming from outside the hotel. A short time later it was turned down or off and we easily fell back to sleep. Comfortable bed and a nicely laid out bathroom with everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay! We would not hesitate to return.

Adequate room but too hot
Very good location in the main square of the city, old grand building. Adequate comfort save that the twin beds only pushed apart a few centimetres and did not fully separate. Main issue was that the room was very hot and the cooling system did not work, nor were there any maintenance staff on over the weekend to fix it.

Amazing location and a good overall hotel with great breakfast. We had a room on the 4th floor with a little balcony facing the square - which was lovely! The windows have decent noise reduction which was well received.
