Room was filthy, the floor under the sofa bed was caked with dust. Service was so so. Front reception staff, some were friendly some quite dismissive. Hotel was quirky, nice to see a playroom for children.

I got married in Denmark 10/10/24 and we stayed at the Tivoli hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. Our suite included a wide variety of food, fruit, drinks and vegetables. There was more than one restaurant on site including a penthouse steakhouse which we attended twice while there and the food was immaculate. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurants were very convenient considering I was 9 months pregnant.
