Ski In/Out 8BR Center Village Pet Friendly

This fantastic penthouse condo sleeps up to 19 people and has over 3500 square feet! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area. This 8 bedroom condo is great for several families or groups! Many upgrades completed including a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar! The dinning room table can seat 10 people and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace, or catching a flick on the flat screen TV. There is another living area on the second level which features a new flat screen TV and leather furniture. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees. There is a natural gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. This spacious condo is laid out over 3 levels. There is a living room and kitchen on the main level, and another living room on the second level. The bedrooms are laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1- Master bedroom featuring a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.

There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor that are en suite to the rooms with queen beds. The 3rd floor does not have a bathroom.
Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a ''magic carpet'' surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a ''bunny slope'' chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. All overflow vehicles can park in the Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free.

Pets welcome, max of 2 dogs with additional fee of $100 per pet.

Copper Mountain Getaway
This cabin was very nice. The interior design definitely fit the vibe of our trip. We had some issues with heating, but property management was very accommodating.

Great location but needs work on the property
Property is in a good area to do different things, but the rental itself needs do major work. The floors were not vacuumed and the carpet has stains. The sliding door in the LR doesn’t slide well at all. There is not enough silverware for our family and the bathrooms need some upgrades. Some of the showers don’t work well, and some of the mattresses are not comfortable. Besides that there is a lot of rooms for family members to sleep.

So Many Problems With This Unit
Our building was under construction. Tyvek everywhere. They are renting out units that are currently being renovated instead of just rotating through them. There should have been full disclosure about all the work that was being done. The property was advertised as having 7 bathrooms but it actually only had 5. One of the 5 toilets was not working for the first 24 hours. Reached out to management regarding the misinformation on bathrooms and was told it was after hours and this was not an emergency. We were a large group of all adults who ended up having to share bathrooms with too many others. A huge reason for choosing to rent that listing was the number of bathrooms. One of our balconies was a serious safety hazard. There were gaps large enough for a person to fall out and nails all over the floor. We were offered a partial refund and another unit. By that time we were settled in and it was too late to move. Multiple times workers requested to get into our unit to do something to the wifi. We declined and were told that they have a key to our unit. Generally, this property is tired and overpriced. Scars on walls, bathtubs, furniture, caved in arm on the sectional and an undesirable smell in areas, etc. Undesirable odors in areas. The listing looked cozy but it was really just tired.
