The AC caused a lot of dew and moisture on everything in my room, my clothes would feel damp and so would the sheets. The carpet in my room felt damp also This caused my asthma to flare up. In addition, there was one day on the main floor, where the air conditioner was broken and the fourth floor room doors were soaking wet, and the carpet was also wet. I asked the front desk person for a catch up and he said he couldn’t walk 15 feet to go get it because there was nobody else at the desk. But several other times I had been to the desk and there was nobody there, There were stains on the rim of the toilet.

The Tv in my room din’t work, and the staff told me they will change the room. I wait for hours . And never apologized for the inconvenience of changing the room after hours of waiting. I will never return to this hotel.

Convenient location in the heart of Coral Gables. The front desk person, (I think it was Carlos on duty that day) was excellent, polite, thoughtful and eager to provide great service. It was a business trip and I would highly recommend the hotel.

The shower must drain properly. If it does not it is unsanitary. And a Guest should NEVER have to use towels to mop the floor. When a Guest asks to change rooms for this reason it should have been handled on the spot. "We will have someone come up and fix it" is not correct solution. The housekeeper cleaning up all the towels does not fix the problem. And obviously a plumber was not called in. Just let the Guest change rooms. And the excuse "we are full" is untrue. This bad review could have been saved by the asst manager if he would do his job.

My husband and I often stay at Courtyard by Marriott when we travel. The facilities are consistently good, clean, and quiet. However I have to say that the staff at this hotel was over the top fantastic. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly, but went clearly out of their way to help. The manager of the hotel was welcoming, the staff in the cafe were fantastic, the cleaning staff beyond accommodating. I can’t say enough what a wonderful stay we had. Thank you!
